Who is responsible
This site is published by the publisher named in the legal notice, who is the data controller. Questions about your data: thinker@4thinkers.ai.
What we collect
This site has one form, to request a demo. It has no accounts, no newsletter, and no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser’s user agent. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure site (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare may process this data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; how long it keeps the logs is set by Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
Demo requests
When you request a demo we keep what you send: your name, work email, organisation, role, team size, how your team uses AI today, what gets in the way, the days and times that suit you and your time zone. We use it only to answer you and arrange the demo. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)).
Your request is stored in a database with our host, Cloudflare, and a notice with it is emailed to our mailbox, hosted by Apple (iCloud). With it we note how you found us (the site you came from, or the campaign tag on our link), how long you spent on the site before sending, how far you read the home page, your type of device and your country (from your connection, not your address). These details only travel with the request you send: nothing is stored in your browser and no cookies are used. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which channels bring requests (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)). We do not share your request with anyone else and do not use it for marketing lists. We keep it for 3 years after our last contact with you, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie when a request looks automated, only to tell people from bots. It is strictly necessary, so no consent banner is needed.
Links to other services
The research note links to Google Scholar. If you follow that link, Google’s own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see the personal data held about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use. Write to thinker@4thinkers.ai. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
